Chainwork Capital Limited is a Private Property Company that specialises in complex real estate situations for Landowners and Family offices for Core and Core Plus and opportunistic returns pre-dominantly from development and land trading. We create equity deployment opportunities for family offices and institutions. Our planning skills are deployed on major mixed use schemes, with ancillary deal and joint venture negotiation. Chainwork has a depth of experience in lease negotiation in health, retail, residential, office and hotel transactions.
We concentrate on situations where Chainwork can add value from origination, planning through to active management and investment realisation. Chainwork also provides its clients with development advisory, capital raising, transaction management, as well as structuring services to suit clients’ establishments and domiciles.
