Kay Blair

Kay has over 10 years’ experience in marketing of development sites, show homes through to completions. Kay is Executive Assistant to Nick Shattock & Tom Burke. She is also responsible for compliance, health and safety and all human resource related issues and general office administration. She also works actively on presentation materials for Chainwork Capital.

Cristina Kukenheim

Before joining Chainwork Capital in January 2014 as a Financial Analyst, Cristina worked at Chayton Capital LLP in the Real Estate Portfolio Management team as well as their Legal Team. Cristina has over 6 years experience across finance, private equity and real estate.  
Cristina holds an M.Sc, BA and CFA.
